Consulting Services Contract Cancellation Policy
  • Either party may terminate the consulting services contract by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance.
  • If the client cancels before services commence, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total contract value may apply.
  • If the client cancels after services have commenced, they will be responsible for payment of all completed work and any non-refundable expenses incurred.
  • Prepaid consulting fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • The company reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately if the client breaches the agreement, fails to make timely payments, or engages in unethical or unlawful conduct.
Staff Augmentation Services (Fractional CXO Engagements) Cancellation
  • Either party may terminate an engagement by providing 30 days written notice.
  • If the client cancels without providing the required notice, they may be billed for 1 month of service as an early termination fee.
  • Clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
  • If the engagement is structured as a retainer, no refunds will be provided for unused hours, but remaining hours may be credited towards other services at the company’s discretion.
  • The company may terminate an engagement with immediate effect if the client violates contractual terms, fails to pay invoices, or engages in conduct that disrupts service delivery.
MCC Cancellation Terms
  • Members may cancel their membership anytime by submitting a cancellation request through email at support@eopmedia.com.
  • Members must submit their cancellation request at least 14 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges.
  • Memberships will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

 

Yearly Subscriptions
  • Yearly memberships are billed in full at the beginning of the subscription period.
  • If a cancellation request is received within 30 days after renewal, a full or prorated refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the refund cutoff date. The membership will remain active until the end of the current subscription term.
  • Members will receive an automated reminder before the renewal date if required by applicable laws.

 

Monthly Payment Option
  • The Million Creator Challenge is a yearly subscription. Monthy payment options are available.
  • If a monthly payment option is requested, payments are billed on a recurring basis each month.
  • Members can cancel at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
    No partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-month.
    An early termination fee will apply at cancellation for all monthly billing plans. 
Individual Course Cancellation Policy
  • Payments made for individual courses are non-refundable.
  • If a customer cancels an individual course purchase, they will receive a credit in the amount of the original purchase, less applicable taxes.
  • This credit may be used towards any future course or any other service provided by the company.
  • Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 6 months from the date of issuance.

 

Special Cancellation Policy for “The Big Ideas Experience”

Cancellation and No-Shows

    • Full refunds (minus a $100 registration fee) will be provided to customers who cancel no later than 14 calendar days before the workshop date.
    • Customers who cancel or reschedule between 1 and 14 calendar days before the course date are not eligible for a full refund.
    • Customers who fail to attend or cancel without providing at least 24 hours notice will be charged the full course fee and will not be entitled to reschedule.

 

Reschedule and Substitution Policy

    • Customers canceling between 1 to 14 days before the course date may reschedule for another course.
    • Rescheduled courses must be taken within 180 days of the original course date.
    • Substitutions are permitted and will be considered a reschedule. A substitute is defined as one individual attending the entire duration of the consecutive course days in place of the original customer.
How to Cancel
  • Contact customer support at support@eopmedia.com with a cancellation request.
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful cancellation. If a member does not receive confirmation, they should contact support immediately.

 

Changes to the Cancellation Policy
  • The company reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and updated on our website.
