Cancellation Policy
Overview
EOP Media’s cancellation and refund terms vary by service type. Because our programs — live sessions, consulting engagements, and community memberships — require significant preparation and carry real costs, we apply different standards to each. This policy describes those terms clearly so you can make an informed decision before enrolling.

Sessions & Events
This applies to Stop Feeding The Algorithm sessions, workshops, and any live event where a seat reservation is required.

Session credits are valid for 12 months from the original session date and are non-transferable.
Membership Programs
This applies to The Agency Collective and any subscription-based membership with EOP Media.
- You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@eopmedia.com
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access through that date
- No partial-period refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle
- Annual memberships may be cancelled within 14 days of initial enrollment for a full refund; after that, the annual fee is non-refundable but access continues through the paid period
- Membership benefits, tokens, and community standing are tied to active membership and are not refundable as separate items
Consulting Engagements
Consulting engagements (Explore, Spark, Expand, Enable, Envision) are governed first by your individual engagement agreement. In the absence of specific agreement terms, the following applies:
- Deposits and retainers are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Project-based engagements may be cancelled with 14 days written notice; fees for work completed through the cancellation date are due
- Ongoing retainer engagements may be cancelled at the end of any billing period with 30 days written notice
- Cancellations that leave work midstream do not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for completed work
We take our commitments seriously and ask the same of our clients. If circumstances change, please reach out early — we’d rather find a workable path forward than end an engagement on bad terms.
Digital Products
Digital products including recorded sessions, guides, frameworks, and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
If you have a technical issue accessing a digital product you’ve purchased, contact us and we will make it right.
Tangem Wallet Orders
Tangem hardware wallets purchased through EOP Media are subject to the following terms:
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet shipped
- Once shipped, orders are subject to Tangem’s return policy — we will facilitate the process
- Damaged or defective products should be reported within 7 days of receipt
As an authorized Tangem reseller, we stand behind the products we recommend. If something isn’t right, contact us.
How to Cancel
To cancel any EOP Media program, session, or service:
- Email info@eopmedia.com with your name, the program or service, and your reason for cancelling
- Include your original purchase confirmation or order number if available
- Allow up to 3 business days for confirmation of your cancellation
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
Verbal or social media cancellation requests are not accepted. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
EOP Media Cancellations
On occasion, we may need to reschedule or cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event EOP Media cancels a session:
- You will receive at least 48 hours advance notice where possible
- You will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a rescheduled session
- We will prioritize direct communication and work with you to find the best resolution
