Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and No-Shows

Full refunds (minus a $100 registration fee) will be provided to Customers who cancel no earlier than 14 calendar days prior to the Workshop date. Customers canceling or rescheduling to another Course between 1 to 14 calendar days prior to Course date will not be eligible for a full refund. Customers who fail to attend or who cancel without providing a 24-hour notice will be charged the total fee of all Course days for which they have registered and will not be entitled to reschedule. 

Reschedule and Substitution Policy

Customers who must cancel between 1 to 14 days will have an opportunity to attend another Course. All rescheduled courses must be taken within 180 days of the original Course date. Substitutes are permitted and will be considered a reschedule. A substitute is defined as one individual attending the entire duration of the consecutive Course days in lieu of the original Customer.

If selected for a Big Ideas workshop, you will have seven days from the date of your notification to remit the fee and confirm your participation. If we don’t receive your fee within the alloted time, your seat will be released to the next person on the wait list.
